This refreshing estate grown wine is steel fermented wine to retain its intense fruit forward character. Pair the Sauvignon Blanc with shellfish or white, flaky fish, soft, flavorful cheeses such as feta or chèvre or a fresh caprese salad.

Aromas are dominated by tropical characters including melon, lychee and juicy fruit along with lemon and the typical Sauvignon Blanc note of gooseberry. With refreshing acidity, the palate displays layers of grapefruit and gooseberry along with notes of lemon.
