The Passito displays a beautiful deep gold color and a glass-coating viscosity, promising a richly rewarding tasting experience. The aromas are concentrated with elements of pineapple, honey and tropical fruits with hints of toast and mead. The wine is dense on the palate with flavors of apricot, raisin and mulling spice along with notes of dried fruit and green tea. The wine lingers on the finish with characters of raisin, white pepper and lemon zest. Typical of all great dessert wines, this Vidal Blanc has a balance of sweetness and natural acidity.
