Grandale 2022

One of our proprietary red blends, the 2020 Grandale is comprised of 67% Cabernet Franc and 33% Merlot, a combination made famous by the “Right Bank” of Bordeaux. Blended to accentuate savory qualities of the Cabernet Franc with the high-toned red fruits of the Merlot. Aromatically, a mash up of brambleberry, wineberry, and red plum. Plush, round, and velvety on the palate due to its moderate acidity and gentle tannin structure.

33% of the wine was aged 15 months in new French oak providing a subtle framework for the medium bodied Grandale.
