Cab Franc 2022

100% Cabernet Franc:

The 2020 Cabernet Franc crop was bountiful and allowed us to use our four clones of Cabernet Franc in this wine. This intense wine will pair flavorful foods including game hens, gyros, feta cheese and any mushroom dish.         

With a medium ruby color, the 2020 Franc displays enticing aromas of raspberry, vanilla and leather with elements of butterscotch, cherry and walnut. Flavors are black. Blackberry. Black Cherry. Black Pepper. Hints of coffee and seared meat complement the flavors. The 2020 Cab Franc has a mature tannin profile and lingers on the finish with hints of leather, espresso and olive.
