80% Merlot, 20% Cab Sauv.  This hand-crafted wine displays powerful aromas of currant, raspberry and cedar with hints of toast and soy sauce. On the palate, oak and fruit flavors dominate with elements of blackberry pipe tobacco blended with notes of smoke and black tea. 

A dry rose that will bring thoughts of summers in Provence.  We suggest pairing with a Greek-style summer salad with olives, capers, tomatoes, and red onions.  Throw a small piece of grilled tuna on for a lovely evening meal.

67% Viognier,  33% Chardonnay.

The Viognier dominates the nose, starting with melon, white peach, and honeysuckle. Chardonnay makes an appearance once on the pallet with a green apple and mineral edge that counters the full bodied heft of Viognier. Creamy and soft on the finish.

By combining a traditionally low acidity wine (Viognier) with a higher acidic wine (Chardonnay) a pleasant compromise is achieved. A purposeful wine, well balanced and perfect for the elegantly dressed table. Delicate flavors that deserve your attention as you linger over the fish course. 

Enticing aromas of raspberry, vanilla and leather with elements of butterscotch, cherry and walnut.      

72% Chambourcin, 14% Chardonel, 14% Vidal Blanc.  The 2019 868 Estate Vineyards Canvas Red is a bright off-dry red that would be equally good on a holiday table or on a porch with an ice cube floating in it.

With its medium purple color, the aromas include raspberry jam and strawberry with hints of cherry. On the palate, flavors of strawberry jam and cranberry dominate with elements of black and blue berries. The finish lingers with notes of dried cherry.   

The Canvas is nicely balanced between its acidity and a slightly higher degree of residual sugar.  Serve Chilled.

Our dry sparkling Chardonnay + Chardonel is the perfect wine to feature at your summer soireé.  Pairs nicely with chilled cucumber sandwiches, chicken salad, rich charcuterie and celebrations of all types.

3% residual sugar.  Sun-ripened apricot and honeysuckle aromas lead in to sweet peach and tangerine flavors.  A crisp, clean finish.  Pair with spicy Thai food or a tangy cheese board.  

Inviting aromas of green apple and citrus blossom with lemon zest and pear on the palate.  Dry, crisp, and refreshing.  

Ah, Viognier!  The diva of grapes.  If we didn't love the results so much, we might be tempted to give up.  But the luscious mouthfeel, the delicate nose of white blossoms, the subtle touch of vanilla and ripe apricot keeps us going.  Definitely a stunner and ready to pair with your mushroom risotto, your chicken kiev or a slice of white pizza with artichokes.

38% Merlot, 38% Cab Franc, 15% Cab Sauv, 9% Petit Verdot

Dry.  Aged in 25% new French Oak barrels, 75% neutral barrels. Robust.  A bundle of rich blackberry and cassis flavors, with hints of cedar and vanilla.  A long elegant finish.  This wine loves a hearty companion on the table like braised short ribs, rich pot roast, or a wild mushroom tart.

100% Petit Verdot. Aromas of plum, lilac and sage with a nice minerality.  Black fruit flavors including blackberry, black plum.  Dry, and full-bodied.

Pair with lamb, roasted pork, manchego or smoked gouda, grilled portobella mushrooms.

100% Tannat.  Our first vintage of this wine from our "Rock Pile" vineyard.  Powerful, full of dark fruit flavors including black plum and juicy black cherries.

Cheerful in character, mild in tannins, and bright with acidity. Our 2021 Chambourcin is a flexible workhorse, equally at home slightly chilled and served as an aperitif or accompanied by fresh tagliatelle pasta with Bolognese sauce. Aromas of cassis, dried cherries, black tea, and hay give way to a medium-bodied, mouthwatering, velveteen finish. An excellent choice for white wine drinkers looking to expand their palate.

100% Chambourcin, dry.

Though lovely with shellfish, this is a wine that holds up to heavier fish as well, including salmon, swordfish and tuna.  Similar to a Chardonnay, but lighter and a bit more acidic.  A versatile white in all respects.

A refreshing sweet 100% Chambourcin.  Excellent on its own, this fruity rosé will pair with spicy seafood including crab cakes and shrimp pasta, and mild cheeses.
